Our technical support service is an example for others. To submit your refund request, simply raise a request to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please do allow the support team to try and solve your complaint and fix any issues you have. If we are unable to resolve your issues , we will authorise a full refund of your payment. If you have any hardware with us then we will arrange the postage return with yourselves directly We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refund requests are generally processed within 10 days.
